7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order if the product is damaged due to a manufacturing or packaging issue, such as stitching defects or fabric faults.

In such cases, the customer will be required to send the item back to the return address provided by Khanzaday. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed based on the condition of the item.

Important Notice

  • Damage caused by customer misuse, improper handling, or incorrect care is not eligible for return or refund.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to washing errors, alterations, or incorrect usage will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:

  • You received a defective product

  • You received an incorrect size or wrong item

  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect

  • There is a stitching or fabric fault

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Customized or altered orders

  • Products returned without original condition or tags

Size or Color Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, an applicable service charge may apply. Any additional delivery or handling costs will be borne by the customer.
